Allow subfaction on the player registration

The player registration only allows to choose the faction, and not the subfaction, meaning that the players need to remember to pick the subfaction at each round when registering the game results.

If this is something that can be chosen during event registration, and included automatically during game results submission, the players won't risk forgetting it, and will have better statistics.

Hide round results and/or tie breakers

[1] To avoid players being able to collaborate for intentional draws is it possible to hide tie breakers in the public rankings (players can know their own). Then once all results are in tie breakers can be shown along with the final standings.

[2] It can be very anticlimactic when announcing tournament results when everybody already knows who has won, including tie breakers etc. It would be good to have a 'final round - hide results?' check box when adding a new round, which would freeze the player standings page, meaning TOs could reveal who the winners are.

[3] All results in Longshanks are public, this is nice but sometimes you want players to not know the results of the final, or their final standings, before the awards. It would be nice if the results for a round could be marked as private and player rankings and the results arent public until the organisers make them public. Of course, the organisers would need to see them live. This makes award ceremonies more meaningful.

Magic the Gathering

REQUEST 1: Are there plans to include "Magic the Gathering"? Will be very useful for unranked/casual tournaments.

REQUEST 2: I would like the ability to run events for Magic the Gathering on Longshanks. I like the way this software works compared to others out there. One of the largest features I want is the ability to process drops without messing up the event. None of the Magic event programs I have tried can do that.

Emails alerts when new events listed

Can we get Longshanks to send us an automated email when a new event is listed in our area for games of our choice please? Perhaps as an option after an upcoming events search?

Toggle for list lock in tournaments

An option to keep army lists open between rounds/after the rounds go active, this makes it possible to run escalation leagues or similar events without the host needing to update lists on behalf of players.

Secondary and Supporting Stats

It would be great if we could see win rates of secondary and supporting units in shatterpoint. I think the match ups would be less important but perhaps just general win rates and perhaps what primaries they are typically run with.
